Thanks for the protein shake post. The first day on the diet I had a slight headache and felt a lack of energy but the second day I ate a bit more throughout the day and felt a lot better. It's the third day now and so far I'm feeling great!
I feel great. I just came off a 3 week detox diet - with a clean liver - I experienced the following on the second day of the paleo diet: I slipped on the diet and had a salad bar, included kidney bean and chickpeas (my fav). Immediately, the body shut down power and I was super tired. Had my homeopath muscle test weak on the kidney bean. No more starches for me! Today I had 1/2 grilled chicken, Chinese chicken salad, steamed broccoli. This keeps me full and energy is constant.
I am a collaboration of filtered information that has been processed, reviewed, experimented and retold for your pleasure. Rarely will you read my own thoughts. I learn and do research and a lot of it. So what I have decided is for this to be a place in which the CFSV community can come and learn things that are only beneficial to them.
