Hey y'all!!
Oh there is much to be missed already. Some of you walked me to the door. Others......gave me a spartan kick into the abyss. I still love you though.
For those who are interested I have set up a new blog which will feature almost daily writings from yours truly. What kind of writings? Well you will kind of have to find out. Some will be poetic, creative, rant-like and cryptic. pretty much the same way I write my warm ups and WODs (Right Gary ;)
