Who Am I and Why
I am a collaboration of filtered information that has been processed, reviewed, experimented and retold for your pleasure. Rarely will you read my own thoughts. I learn and do research and a lot of it. So what I have decided is for this to be a place in which the CFSV community can come and learn things that are only beneficial to them. Mostly this will include topics regarding nutrition. There is a lot of confusion and a half heartedness involved with the nutrition aspects of what we do and this will serve as a place for enlightenment and better understanding. If there is anything you wish to add, an article you find which is relevant or recipe you would like to share please email me.
